The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of POEX Velké meziříčí a.s company’s basic situation and financial statements. The first part explains financial indicators and statistical methods. The second part is based on the theoretical knowledge, where the calculations of selected economic indicators are performed and the trend of development of these indicators is determined using the application of time series and regression analysis. Lastly, the thesis summarises the financial situation of the POEX company and make suggestions to improve the company’s future behaviour.

This thesis examines part of financial analysis focused on financial risks arising from the results of the financial analysis. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of financial analysis, including formulas necessary for the analytical part of the work. Further defines the terms relating to the areas of risk, risk analysis and risk reduction methods. The analytical part is concerned with the present state of the selected company. The final section contains suggestions for improving the financing and stabilization of the company.

This bachelor thesis analyzes the financial position of the company Anamoka, s.r.o. I have analysed the financial position of this copany by using elementary methods of Financial analysis. I have analyse company´s financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account) from years 2004, 2005, 2006. On the basis of findings from financial analysis, I have created proposals for improvement of company´s financial position.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the financial analysis of ABB s. r. o company by using statistical methods. The thesis consists of two main parts. The main purpose of the first part is the describing of individually economic indicators of the company and regressive analysis with the time series. The second part includes the financial analysis and the prediction of further development for the company. As the conclusion of these two parts, there is suggested recommendations for improving the financial situation in the future.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Agrospol Velká Bystřice s.r.o. during the years 2014 to 2018. The first part focuses on the particular financial concepts and financial analysis indicators. These theoretical knowledge is applied in the analytic part with the analysis of the current state itself. Based on the achieved results, the last part consists of suggested solutions that could lead to the improvement of the weaknesses in the financial area that the company has.

Possibilities of Financing of Investment Project in the Business Company

This thesis is aimed towards overview of current possibilities of financing of an investment project. First part of the thesis is concentrated towards explaining of the terms such as financing, division of sources of financing into individual groups, there are also stated basic information regarding sources of financing. In the practical part, there are noted individual possibilities of financing of a selected investment program based on deliveries of an investment unit into Russian Federation. In the final part of the thesis, there is carried out a comparison of specific possibilities of financing of an investment program, its evaluation from the utility point of view is summarized and there is a recommendation of an optimal variation of financing of the mentioned investment unit.

Defined banking products are then compared within the analytical part of this work. Analytical part of this work contains also some calculations. The most suitable financing method for the selected company is recommended within the last part of this work.

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on the evaluation of financial situation and suggestions for its improvement for the selected company PKD, s.r.o. throughout the years 2016-2020. The first part is focused on the theory of financial analysis, where the individual indicators and methods are described. The following part is a practical use of theoretical knowledge and these resulting indicators are compared with a competitor Desmo, a.s. The last part is the proposal part, where are recommended proposals to improve the financial situation.

Financial insolvency of the firm and methods of solution to this problem

Master’s thesis "Financial insolvency of the firm and methods of solution to this problem" deals with management of receivables. The first part describes tools which can be used for the management of receivables after maturity or prevention before this type of receivables. In the second part the work is focused on management of receivables in the company. In this section the current status of this area in the company is summarized and more types of debt collection are proposed. Finally, ideas for improvement of management of receivables are suggested, e.g. in the area of client communication by sales representatives. Recommendations are also made for tools usage, e.g. sale of bad debts of transfer of risk to other subject.
